Restored 1950 Christian Aubin classical guitar with spruce top, Brazilian rosewood back and sides, Bouchet style silver tuning machines with characteristic carved, kidney shaped buttons, and built in Paris, France. This guitar is virtually identical to a Robert Bouchet guitar from whom Christian Aubin learned guitar making. In turn, Christian Aubin taught the esteemed French luthier Daniel Freiderich. This instrument is very rare and represents an important era in the modern French school of guitar making. This guitar feels and sounds like a Bouchet at a fraction of the price.
